2. Use our
facility reservation calendar to help you choose a date for your event.
3. Fill out the form below.
4. If your wedding is approved, complete your reservation by following the instructions in the approval letter to pay the rental fees if applicable.

** If you will be using the AV/sound system, you will be responsible for contacting and scheduling an IBC technician to manage the system during your event (see facility policy for who to contact). Contact the office to tell us who you have scheduled, or if you have trouble scheduling a tech.
*Please note: Videography and/or recording of the service is not included in the tech fee. If this is desired, please discuss with tech at least 2 months prior to wedding.
